In June, 1996, 18 year old Angie Raye Dodge was brutally murdered by a sexual predator in her Idaho Falls, Idaho apartment. Idaho Falls Police interrogated Christopher Tapp for the murder and secured a confession for the crime. We look at the crime scene evidence, and unusual circumstances of the investigation that have convinced many that the conviction was unlawful, and learn about organized vs. disorganized criminals, and why second floor apartments can be more dangerous than ground floor ones. Retired FBI SSA Steve Moore guides us through the case in this case exploration on Crime Time, hosted by Jim Clemente.

GUEST BIO:
